PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SSI was hired by the Pike Place Market to do an extensive 10 story exterior renovation of the historic La Salle building overlooking the world-famous neon marquee.  New custom made wooden and tin trim pieces were fabricated to replace the damaged components on the north elevations.  Over time the concrete exterior of the building had begun to deteriorate due to water intrusion and large sections required significant restoration.  All of the windows were fully restored, full exterior painting, metal refurbishment, waterproof deck coatings, pedestal paver system repairs, and building cleaning were completed.  All of the repairs were done using swing stages and was completed ahead of schedule.
