PROJECT DESCRIPTIONThis 124 acre, 1,390 unit development on Beacon Hill was in need of numerous repairs. SSI was contracted for Phase 1 and Phase 2 of deck replacements which included the removal of the existing decks, stairs, and railings on the front and back of the units. New composite decking and deck railings were installed in conjunction with numerous framing hardware upgrades, flashing upgrades and targeted rot repairs. Phases 1 and 2 have accounted for the repairs to 130 decks over a period of 2 years.
