PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This historic, 100-year-old masonry building located on Capitol Hill next to Volunteer Park was encountering large amounts of water intrusion due to a failed water table and cornice. SSI completed the flashing replacements, masonry repairs, sealant installations, and waterproofing while working closely with the association, envelope designer and third party consultant.
