PROJECT DESCRIPTION

SSI was contracted to help maintain the associations elastomeric deck coating systems on their exterior decks.  A total of eight buildings were included in the scope of work with 46 decks in total.  The project had some difficult challenges due to the topography and the access to the work areas.  All of the work was done from the exterior of the buildings and was completed faster than anticipated.  The decks were thoroughly cleaned and all deficiencies were addressed prior to the application of a new primer coat, sand coat and finishing top coat.
