PROJECT DESCRIPTIONSSI was contracted to do an extensive interior renovation of all of the common areas for this community. The project entailed extensive upgrades to two 7-story buildings including new electrical fixtures, trim installations, unit numbering, interior surface prep, interior painting of walls/ceilings/unit doors, multiple types of new carpet, new luxury vinyl planking, and new chandelier lighting fixtures. The project included weekly site meetings with the owners representative, constant communication between all of the project team members and making sure the associations goals for quality, price and schedule were met.
